We want you to be in love with your purchase and us. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order #, we will provide you with a return shipping label within 30 days of your initial purchase. After 30 days we will not accept your return. Additionally, refunds may only be issued to the original credit card on file. A restocking fee of $5 will be deducted from your refund if your final purchase after your return is not equal to $50+(the free shipping threshold). Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted.
QUICK RETURN TIPS
+ In order to return an item, you must e-mail us at email@example.com with your order # and why you would like to return the items. Within 24 hours we will email you an RMA number and return shipping label.
+ All items must be postmarked for return within 30 days.
+ Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all of the tags still on them.
+ All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Return requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.
+ All bedding, stuffed toys, teethers, hair accessories, underwear, socks, and tights are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted as a return.
+ Gift wrapping is FINAL SALE and not available for a refund.
+ All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Noble Carriage (fancy talk for make sure your return meets our return policy requirements above).
FREE RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We offer free returns and exchanges for all orders, unless otherwise noted during sales. If you would like to return or exchange your order we allow one free return/exchange shipment per order. Shipping both ways is on us, one time per order. If you would like to make additional exchanges or returns for each order you are welcome to do so. We ask you to pay for the return shipping if you have already exchanged or returned once with your order.
All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Return requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.
We aren’t able to issue returns to our international customers at this time.
