USA RETURN PROCESS

We want you to be in love with your purchase and us. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your order please email us at info@noblecarriage.com with your order #, we will provide you with a return shipping label within 30 days of your initial purchase. Additionally, refunds may only be issued to the original credit card on file. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, washed or altered will not be accepted.

QUICK RETURN TIPS

+ In order to return an item, you must e-mail us at info@noblecarriage.com with your order # to receive an RMA number. 

+ All items must be postmarked for return within 30 days. 

+ Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all of the tags still on them.

+ All SALE purchases are FINAL SALE. Return requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.

+ All bedding, stuffed toys, teethers, hair accessories, underwear, socks, and tights are FINAL SALE and will not be accepted as a return.

+ All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Noble Carriage (fancy talk for make sure your return meets our return policy requirements above).

We aren’t able to issue returns to our international customers at this time.
